Typical Day in Paradise

Just Another Day in Paradise

The day begins with a spectacular dawn, calmly at anchor off Peter Island.  Fresh brewed coffee and a quiet meal of fresh baked muffins, omelets of your choice, and fresh fruit and juices, have been prepared for you by 1st Mate Michele. After breakfast while you take a quiet walk on the beach or a morning swim, Captain Rob readies ISLAND SKIPPER for the day's trip.

Off to Virgin Gorda, an easy morning sail. Captain Rob shuttles you in to the beach to visit the Baths, a favorite among first time visitors to the BVIs. Meanwhile Michele prepares lunch. Upon returning to ISLAND SKIPPER lunch is served in the roomy cockpit. Seating for six is comfortable under the shade of the bimini awning.

Next stop, only a short sail away, is Marina Cay where guests go ashore to the Pusser's Rum store for some quick souvenir shopping and maybe a drink at the bar overlooking pristine blue Caribbean water. Your choice of a sea kayak trip, or snorkel trip nearby finishes off the afternoon.

After a short afternoon nap it's time for happy hour. Captain Rob mixes up one of his hallmark frozen boat drinks while Mate Michele prepares hors d’oeuvres. Enjoy these from the cockpit or while lounging in the hammock and watch a spectacular sunset. The stage is set for another great meal.

After Dinner and dessert, it's your choice of a trip to an island bar for a nightcap, or an early turn in to get ready for another wonderful day aboard ISLAND SKIPPER.
