FOOD AND DRINKS

Just one example of what you might expect on a typical day

CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST

Warm croissants, breads and pastries. Fresh fruit, fruit juices, tea and coffee.

LUNCH

A light lunch which would feature homemade patés and terrines, tarts and quiches, accompanied by colorful, light and crispy salads. Homemade pickles and preserves.

DINNER

Warm goats cheese salad served on a tapenade toast. Roast breast of duck with creamy gratin dauphinoise and sugar snap peas. A cheese board (during your holiday you will have the opportunity to taste a good many of the 400 cheeses for which France is famous such as Roquefort, Camembert, Beaufort, etc). Nougat glacé de Montélimar aux 2 chocolats.

WINE

A selection of excellent Languedoc-Roussillon wines are served.

FRUIT

Fresh fruit is available at all times.

The Mediterranean diet is said to be one of the healthiest. When you see and taste the choice of vegetables, seafood, and fresh fruit, you will understand why.

Liz will take you on a voyage of discovery of Mediterranean cooking using recipes passed down through René's family.

All food and drinks on board Emma are included, but if you have any special requests or dietary needs, please let us know in advance.
