Sunday, Day 1 - TRÉBES
You will be met at Chateau de Lignan Hotel in Beziers at 4pm. You will be transferred by minibus to Anjodi where you receive a Champagne Welcome aboard followed by an evening cruise. Time for a game of Boules or Badminton before dinner on board.
Monday, Day 2 - TRÉBES TO MARSIELETTE
Fascinating morning tour of Carcassonne. Dating back to the Gallo-Roman era, this is the most complete mediaeval, fortified city in existence today Everyone can enjoy the walk along the top of the city’s walls and enter some of the 52 watchtowers. The portcullis and extraordinary repertoire of defenses, which resisted the many armies that tried to, storm this Camelot setting, is fascinating. Return to Anjodi for an afternoon cruise to Marseillette through vineyards and pine trees whilst the children can enjoy a soak in the jacuzzi. After mooring in Marseillette a treasure hunt can be arranged for the children whilst the adults enjoy a pre-dinner drink on deck. Dinner aboard.
Tuesday, Day 3 - MARSIELETTE TO HOMPS
Enjoy an early morning cruise to Puicheric or follow the Anjodi’s cruise route on bike or foot along the towpaths. We depart after breakfast for the Dinosaur Park and Museum in Meze. This is an open-air museum with skeletons and realistic constructions. Even before you arrive, you can see the head of the Brachiosaur skeleton peering out above the treetops - this is the largest complete dinosaur skeleton in the World. Wednesday, Day 4 - HOMPS TO LE SOMAIL
After breakfast we transfer to the underground world called Limousis Caves. Originally dug out by an underground river, the cave which is now dry contains some superb concretions among which is the exceptional “Chandelier” which is a collection of white arborescent crystals or aragonite. See the Stalactites and Stalagmites in the well-lit caves and the luster, 4 meters high and 10 meters in diameter, composed of calcite flowers. It also served as shelter for prehistoric man, cave bears, as well as people throughout history. Return to Anjodi for a cruise to Le Somail. This evening we dine ashore, at a charming canalside inn, in the heart of the village of Homps.
Thursday, Day 5 - LE SOMAIL TO CAPESTANG
Today you can choose between a day at the seaside with buckets and spades at famous Cap d’Agde on the Mediterranean, with golden sands and blue sea or alternatively, for the more active, there is fun for all at the “Aqualand” park with its swimming pools, flumes, slides and wave machines. Return to the barge for a well deserved late afternoon cruise to Capestang, where we moor near the old stone bridge, a perfect setting to enjoy dinner aboard
Friday, Day 6 - CAPESTANG TO BÉZIERS
Today is a chance to explore the wonderful l’Oppidum D’Enserune, a pre-Roman hilltop settlement with Greek and Iberian excavations dating from 600 BC. Children will love exploring all the underground passages under the settlement. Also a chance to visit the 13th century Saint Nazaire Cathedral with commanding views across the Pyrenees Mountains. Cruise to Capestang in the afternoon, our route takes us through the world's oldest canal tunnel at Malpas to Domaine de Guery for a pre-dinner wine tasting. Captains Dinner aboard.

Saturday, Day 7 - BÉZIERS
After breakfast, return to Beziers.
NOTE: On alternate weeks, cruise will be in reverse direction. This is a sample itinerary and is subject to change.
NOTE:
- In late autumn, Anjodi embarks on Roman architecture and wine appreciation cruises in the Camargue/Provence region. Visits include: Avignon, Van Gogh's Arles, and Chateauneuf du Pape. Golf, Tennis and Art charters are also available.
- BICYCLES: There are adult bikes on board. Children's bikes for all ages and/or child seats for adult bikes can be supplied usually at no charge if requested to our Reservation Department at least 6 weeks prior to departure.
- OPTIONAL ACTIVITIES: Optional activities can be arranged on board, for example hot air ballooning, pony trekking, quad biking, bowling, fishing etc may be available on your cruise and can be arranged at an additional supplement. Optional activities usually require advanced booking so please advise our Reservation Department at least 6 weeks prior to departure.
- BABY/CHILD EQUIPMENT: We are pleased to supply travel cots, high chairs, car seat, bottle warmer, toys, stroller etc at no charge but we must be notified at least 6 weeks prior to departure as to your requirements.
